The Indus people likely disbursed. The Ganges changed direction (there's geological evidence of this) and as a result seasonal agricultural land became less predictable in the area. Probably moved to greener pastures, hence the cultural appearances in peripheral areas of Pakistan/India/Afghanistan at around this time. Remarkable civilization, the cities showed all residents had equal living space and wealth distribution, possibly a non-hierarchical society

Anne Frank wasn't found out via someone ratting her out, the hinges on the bookcase that enclosed the hiding spaces was bent and jutted out and made the bookcase door droop a little bit, it might be that they (the Gestapo) were tipped via someone working under the top floor where the people were kept (remember the house they stayed at also doubled as a business work place by day, I think they typed out papers or made clothes or something like that, so its not too difficult to imagine either the workers who were all unaware of the people up stairs heard something or whatever, or as a Historian of this era, what I think happened was there never was an informant, the Gestapo only claimed there was, but they did that virtually all the time. So the only piece of info that might lead that there was an informant in the first place was the fact the Gestapo knew where the bookcase door was but I don't think that's too difficult for them to figure out, after all this is what they had been doing as their job for years so these guys aren't amatures at sniffing hidden people out, if anything you should look at who profited from the discovery

What about the Tunguska Event?  June 30, 1908: A fireball roars over the skies of Russia and then impacts in Tunguska Forest in Siberia, causing an explosion so powerful, it could be seen, heard, and felt up to 600 miles away. 10 years later, an expedition finally went to investigate the site. They found a huge blast area where a chunk of the forest had been blasted away and theorized that the mother of all meteorites would be at the center. What did they find? Nothing. No meteorite, no crater, nothing. So what caused such a huge explosion and then just vanish?

What about the Mary Celeste? In December of 1872, the crew of the Dei Gratia spotted the Mary Celeste abandoned off the coast of the Azores. Upon investigation, they found no evidence of incident. Everything seemed intact. No signs of attack, struggle or panic. Nothing that would explain why the crew decided to suddenly abandon ship.

That "missing" 9th legion? Annihilated by Armenius (aka Herman the German) and his army using guerilla tactics. All lost including Varius, their commander, prompting the Caesar at the time to cry out "Varius, Varius, where are my legions?". An expedition sent to find them some years later found their bones, skulls, sheilds and weapons piled in a heap at the entrance of the valley that had been their killing ground. Look it up, no mystery at all. Also, where the fuck is Roanoke on this list?
