   I am the original owner of the video, it was filmed at Brands Hatch indy circuit 2013 mini festival on paddock hill bend. Between Anthony Towey no.34  and Justin Drury no.58 in the Mini Se7en Racing Club here in the U.K. It was a racing incident and no one to blame.
