If you’re a fan of the film Superbad (and honestly who isn’t) then you’ll know Christopher Charles Mintz-Plasse very well. Only you might recognise him by his screen name “McLovin”. Superbad was released in 2007 and also starred actors Jonah Hill and Michael Cera. The movie was a huge hit and it managed to turn a $20 million budget into a worldwide gross of $169 million.
Whilst we are on the subject, here’s a fun Superbad fact for you. The f-word features 186 times in the movie. That’s 1.6 uses of the word every minute. Also, as Christopher Mintz-Plasse (McLovin) was only 17 at the time of filming, his mother had to be on set during his sex scene. Awkward.
Well our favourite character is all grown up now, and we’re confident his mum no longer has to oversee his sexual activities. Superbad fans, prepare yourselves, because McLovin is no longer the geeky teenager you once knew and adored. In fact, there’s a good chance if you walked past him on the street, you probably wouldn’t even recognise him.
